Neil's dream has finally come true. Carter can ride a pedal bike all by himself! We've been waiting a long time for this. He could have done this last fall but Cautious Carter was too comfortable on his orange bike and didn't want to try his new bike.
This first video is back from April 2011. He got really really good on this bike with no pedals.
And this was tonight. He was getting a little silly and kept wanting to hit the brakes for laughs. He still needs a little help starting but Neil is already planning their first bike trip.

Maybe I should bring Paige and have Neil teach her.....the little stinker will *barely* ride WITH her training wheels.
Way to go Carter!! If we have some dry weather next week, we can spend lots of time outside letting everyone ride bikes. The pushing on the brakes is hilarious- I love Carter's funny/silly side.
