(Dear Chloe, These pictures are for you like I promised. Please come and visit cousin Carter and Stanley soon. We miss you. Love Aunt Amanda.) We got a new kitty last week. His name is Stanley Manly. He is obsessed with Carter as these pictures will show.
Luckily Carter doesn't seem to mind Stanley invading his space. This night Carter was just laughing and kicking away and that didn't bother Stanley at all.
Sorry for the "personal" photo. I don't know how to photo shop it out. I thought for sure Stanley was going to jump in the tub with him.
Stanley loves Carter's toes. He snuck in his crib as I was putting him down for a nap. Don't worry-he wasn't allowed to stay there.
Another favorite of Stanleys is to sit with Carter and I while I nurse him. My thoughts on the subject are "2 is company, 3 is a crowd!" Luckily he spends most of his time outside in the garage-Stanley, not Carter.

Carter is growing so fast! And he is so stinking cute too! Stanley looks like he will be a good friend to have around...Darren and Cam want a dog sooo bad but I just can't commit just yet. Remember when you watched Cam for me at your in laws and Cam was totally freaked out by the dog...good times!

I do remember how freaked out Cam was. I thought he was going to pass out. I've never seen anyone so scared of something!!

-Chloe told me what to type. She was laughing hysterically at all the pictures of Stanley with Carter. It will be fun for Carter to grow up with a pet. If they always have a pet around, they grow up not being afraid of them and know just what to do with them. It is so cute- he'll be helping feed Stanley soon. Thanks for the pics- we've been anxiously awaiting them! Oh, and I told CHloe some time last week that Stanley was going to be named Stanley and she laughed and said, "Mom, that's from The Office!" She knows too much for her own good.
Carter looks adorable, by the way. He seems to have no issues with the kitty. They will be the best of friends. Can't wait to see pics of when he starts grabbing his fur- or does he do that already? I'm glad you put the cat out in the garage and not Carter, although if he needs a time out, the garage might be a good idea..... :) ha ha. Enjoy! Can't wait till Thanksgiving. Carter is getting soooo big!!!!
Oh, and I LOVE Carter's dark little eye brows. They are so cute!
We are closing on friday but will be gone the rest of the weekend in central utah...my older sis lives there and is blessing her baby but definitely next time you come let me know because I would love to see you and especially cute Carter!!!
That is so precious! I love how cuddly the cat is, they usually aren't! I'm glad Carter has a little buddy!
Love the pictures of the cat with Carter. My girls would love a cat but Brock can't stand them, so I don't think we will ever get one. Carter is getting so big, he is such a cute kid.
