After months and months of teaching Carter sign language he finally signed his first sign back to me. How fitting it was that "more" was his first sign. He knows the meaning of several other signs but only signs "more" for now. At first I thought it was a fluke but he's continued doing it for a week now. Like all mothers....I think my kid is pretty smart!
(No this picture has nothing to do with signing, trying to catch him signing is like trying to catch a fart in the wind....almost impossible. This was just a cute picture of him. Pay no attention to the scary lady behind him!)

Oh fun!! I can't wait until Lilly can sign too!! That will be cute, they will be able to sign with each other! It is definitely meant to be!
P.S. We went up to Logan last Monday, but had to be back otherwise I would have called you. Next time I will see if we can get together!!!!
Hooray- I knew he could do it. That is pretty good, actually, seeing how you really just really started to do it tons with him a few weeks ago at mom's house. Hopefully now he'll start picking up on other one's quickly and can start communicating with you more. Good luck- he'll start asking for MORE for EVERYTHING!! But it's so cute that you'll have to give him whatever he wants.
I saw you doing signs to him yesterday, he's so smart! I think it's great you're teaching it to him! You're such a good Mom!
I love to see Lia sign even the little she does, it helps me tell the difference between words when she talks like: cheese and please. Good for you getting him going so early!
